As for a favourite post, I don't think I have one. The one I am writing often seems the most interesting (or the most boring!)
This time of year can be a bit much for some people. It's like you constantly have to have a smile on your face and be happy - 'tis the season to be jolly' - when you really don't always feel like it. Well, not long now Alain, and you'll have another 300 plus days to relax, ha ha ha ha.

The mood in our neighborhood is somber because a 21 year old man, an artist who was photographing area graffiti, was murdered by a 14 year old and another accomplice...shot in the head. Very tragic. DeleteRPD, sorry I am just getting to read this post, which means I am on the other side of New Year's Day. I substantially reduced my time on the internet during the Christmas holidays. I am just getting back into my normal routine. Anyway, bringing in the New Year was really great. I preached at a church on New Year's Eve night to bring in the New Year. Later on New Year's Day, I drove about 250 miles north to spend a couple of days with my three brothers and one sister who live in that area.
